Holly Bernthold is a freshman social work major at Wright State.
“A scarf is a girl’s best friend when it comes to designing a cute outfit,” Bernthold says.
Standing in between the Creative Arts Center and the Dunbar Library, Holly is sporting tan burlap Toms with an Aztec design on the rim. She pairs them with dark skinny jeans and a black crew top that is tucked into her jeans beneath a rusty belt. To add more flare she matches it with a speckled, emerald green cardigan and her signature accessory, a rose patterned scarf.
“I don’t care what other people think of my outfit. I want to wear what’s comfortable for me, and fits my personality,” Bernthold says. “I wear bright and comfortable clothes to attract people that need a reason to smile. There aren’t enough dandelions in the world.”
