From an email sent by the Wright State University Police at 1:50 pm today, April 13:
"The Wright State University Police Department is investigating an attempted robbery that was just reported to have occurred in the women's restroom in the basement of University Hall. The female victim reported to officers that she was approached from behind by an unidentified female who grabbed her scarf and attempted to take her necklace. The victim fled the area.
The victim described the suspect as a thin, African American female, in her late 20s and standing approximately 5'7".
