Upcoming Nearby Concerts to Attend

With the fall semester now in full swing, students are ready for some time to unwind and listen to their favorite music. From the Nutter Center to bigger stadiums in Cincinnati and Cleveland, Ohio is offering some great music selections soon. 

Shows nearby

Wright State University’s very own Nutter Center is featuring Alabama on Friday, Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. Alabama is known for their classic songs including “Song of the South,” “Take Me Down” and “I’m in a Hurry (And Don’t Know Why).” 

Rock band KISS will perform at the Nutter Center on Oct. 17 at 7:30 p.m. KISS is known for their classic hits such as “Rock and Roll All Nite,” “Detroit Rock City” and “I Was Made for Lovin’ You.”

Concerts in Cincinnati

For those who are willing to venture out for great music, Cincinnati is the place to be. Machine Gun Kelly will perform at The ICON Festival Stage at Smale Park on Sept. 22 starting at 7:30 p.m. Known for his hit songs “My Ex’s Best Friend,” “Papercuts” and “I Think I’m OKAY.” 

Another concert in Cincinnati is The Back Outside Tour: Lil Baby with special guest Lil Durk. This concert is at the Heritage Bank Center on Oct. 4 at 8 p.m. Some of Lil Baby and Lil Durk’s most popular songs include “Voice of the Heroes” and “2040.”

Concerts in Cleveland

Cleveland is also hosting musical artists in the upcoming months. Phoebe Bridgers will perform at Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica on Sept. 29 at 8 p.m. She is known for her hit songs such as “Motion Sickness” and “Savior Complex.”

Another great singer playing in Cleveland soon is Harry Styles. At the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Oct. 18 at 8 p.m. Styles is known for his hit songs such as “Watermelon Sugar” and “Adore You.”
