Three National Pan-Hellenic Council plots on the Dayton campus of Wright State University were vandalized last week. The Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. markers are the impacted plots.
This Student Press Freedom Day, we celebrate the tenacity and persistence of student journalists. The theme of “Powerfully Persistent” is a guiding tenet for journalists across the country and at all levels, particularly in local media sectors and at college universities. According to a university-wide communication, Wright State University will deactivate and immediately suspend admissions for 34 curricular programs, including Art History, German and Urban Affairs.
