Introducing: Ask Rowdy

The start of a new year inspires new ways of improving and reinventing yourself. The Guardian would love to help you with that however we can. We want to interact with you, the reader; we want to hear your thoughts, opinions, questions, concerns and more.

If you suddenly come up with a brilliant idea about something we could discuss or highlight, we are eager to hear from you. Did you do anything fun over winter break that would be a shame not to share? Do you have a joke that needs to be heard by the masses? Send them our way!

Writing is a great way to explore all of the areas in your mind that are sometimes quiet throughout the day. Don’t let your thoughts go to waste; they need a place to go. That place is here!

Think of Ask Rowdy as an advice column or a way to share and highlight your experiences. Whether you ask a serious question or a silly one, we’ve got you covered.

We would also like for this to become a way for you to let your creativity and imagination flow. If you are a writer, for example, and have short stories, poems, comedy or anything similar, share it with us! This is a great opportunity for you to put your work out for people to enjoy. Even if you are not a writer and you have a story to tell, be it funny, inspirational, sad or anything in between, we can be your public journal. After all, having something of yours published in a newspaper would make for a great conversation piece at your next family reunion.

Email us at wrightstateguardian@gmail.com and we will answer you back or share your work. We look forward to hearing from you!
