Marquez, Macey Gunther and Ashton Salyers each drove in a run with a double in the first inning while Libby Pfeffer also drove in a run with a single.

In the second, Sursor scored on a single by Marquez for Viv’s seventh rbi of the series and 17 of the season.

Russell gave up two runs in the fourth and fifth innings and then was replaced during a pitching change after giving up a run in the sixth.
