Volleyball ends seven game skid

Wright State’s volleyball team made quick work of Milwaukee, sweeping the Panthers 25-18, 29-27 and 25-14 in their final home game of the season.

After a close second set, that saw 15 ties between the two teams, the Raiders (13-15, 2-10) jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the third and never looked back. Wright State never trailed or tied with Milwaukee the entire set.

Katie Klusman was all business as usual, leading all players with 15 kills. Megan Hopkins and Alannah Lemming followed with eight and seven kills respectively.

The Raiders hit the road Nov. 6 when they face league-leader Cleveland State.
