Wright State Student Government announced Friday the results of its election for SG’s president, vice president and senator for the 2015-16 academic year. With 833 votes, Gavin Doll and his vice presidential running-mate, Kayla Muncie, were selected by students to serve as the body’s president and vice president starting in the summer.
Doll, a finance and marketing major, currently serves as WSU Student Government’s director of Academic Affairs. Muncie, a social science education major, serves as a commuter senator for Student Government.
There were four slates on the ballot. Doll staved off presidential competition from current SG Chief of Staff Ryan Rushing, SG Vice President Jennifer Humston and WSU student Jay Gaugler.
